Where to Eat and Drink
From line-worthy brunch options to casual burger joints to more intimate dining options, there’s a lot to explore here. If you bring nothing else on a visit to Denton, at least bring your appetite.
Barley and Board is a locally created gastropub, is influenced by seasonal ingredients, features New American Cuisine in harmony with their selection of beers on tap. If the wait at Barley and Board is unbearable, head over to their sister restaurant, LSA Burger, with a patio that overlooks the Courthouse-on-the-Square. LSA serves up the most delicious burgers and brisket queso fries. Komodo Loco is a non-traditional Japanese restaurant that features dishes that derive their flavors from both Asian and Latin cooking techniques. Boca 31 has a creative take on tacos, empanadas & more crafted in down-home digs with outdoor deck seats. Red’s Yard has plenty of outdoor seating, with over 20 local beers on tap and BBQ that’s smoked in mesquite.
