Sharkarosa Wildlife Ranch is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ranch licensed and regulated by the USDA that sits on 126 breathtaking acres near Lake Ray Roberts in Denton County. Their mission is to provide the North Texas community with the opportunity to experience rare and endangered exotic wildlife in a unique and personal setting. The ranch is self-guided, though staff is available to answer any questions in addition to educational presentations spread throughout the tour.

Alpaca, beefalo, draft horses, dromedary camels (including paints), emu, grants zebras, guanacos, miniature belted galloways, pere David's deer, pot-bellied pigs, white tailed deer, zedonk, zorse, capuchin monkeys, red ruffed lemurs, ring-tailed lemurs, African-crested porcupines, American black bears, binturong, bobcat, capybara, miniature donkeys, scarlet macaw, blue & gold macaw, albino eastern grey kangaroos, red kangaroos, Bennett's wallabies, muntjac deer, two-toed sloths, white lions, white tiger, squirrel monkey

Petting Zoo
Get up close with goats, miniature cows, miniature horses, and sheep at the Sharkarosa petting zoo. Animal feed is available for purchase.

2 and under are free
Military personnel and 911 responders are admitted free with ID
