Contests
2022 events include contests in the following categories: Creative Arts, Photography, Youth Art, Jr. Livestock Judging, Beauty Pageant, Parade, and Baking Contests
Attractions
Tractor pull, Swifty Swine Pig Races, a carnival/midway, and Nature Nick's Animal Adventures and Puppy Pals
Anyone may enter a float, trailer, wagon, or horse in the parade and there is no charge. Contestants may begin lining up at 8:30 am on the day of the parade on a first-come-first-served basis with the parade beginning at 10:00 am. For more information about participation registration, click here.
Parade Route · Leave from Denton High School and go east on Crescent, south on Carroll, east on Parkway to Elm. Turn right or south on Elm and circle the downtown square, north on Locust to Congress, west on Congress to Carroll, north on Carroll to Crescent, west on Crescent to Denton High School.

Parking is available every day of the event for $10.00
Every Saturday, from 1:00 pm-1:00 am, there will be a free shuttle service at:
First Baptist Church · 1100 Malone St., Denton, TX & Denton High School · 1007 Fulton St., Denton, TX
The shuttle will be running continuously on both Saturdays and pick up at either location point and drop off at our gates.
Fair Currency
The North Texas Fair & Rodeo will be using one currency throughout our grounds, except for purchases made in the commercial exhibits building. Fair patrons may purchase Magic Money cards from our Magic Money booths that are located throughout our fairgrounds or pay through the Magic Money mobile app. Magic Money can be used to purchase food, drinks, carnival rides, petting zoo, games, dunking booth, and fair wear.

Purchase tickets to the 2022 North Texas Fair & Rodeo here. Gate Admission includes the Fair, Rodeo Events, Livestock Shows & Concerts. Pricing is as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - $15.00 Adults
Thursday - $30.00 Adults
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - $20.00 Adults
Saturday and Sunday BEFORE 6:00pm - $15.00 Adults (Tickets available to purchase at the Gate Entrance only)
4-Day Ticket - $60.00
Season Pass - $120.00
Senior / Military Prices - $5.00 off that day's gate admission (Tickets available to purchase at the Gate Entrance only with proper identification and military documentation)
Teachers - $5.00 Off at Gate Entrance with valid School District Identification Card
Children ages 7-12 years old - $5.00
Children ages 6 and under - FREE
