It's time to get ready for the 8th annual Denton Black Film Festival. This year's programming includes virtual movie screenings, panels, music, spoken word, comedy, and art. Read on for tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your #DBFF22 experience.

#DBFF22 includes screenings spanning every genre from narrative features and documentaries, to music videos and comedy. Explore the full listing of this year's offerings to get a taste of what is available and piques your interest. The festival has even compiled a list of highlights, including invitational films 'Caged Birds', '$avvy', 'Little Satchmo', and 'Dirt'. Review the complete schedule to find information regarding specific screening times and viewing details. Many individual videos are $9.99 and are available to watch within 10 days of purchase.

ART EXHIBIT

In addition to all of the incrediblephoto of Ciara Elle Bryant's art exhibit virtual offerings, #DBFF22 also features a mixed media video installation from artist Ciara Elle Bryant at the UNT CoLab during normal business hours. Bryant is this year's Artist in Residency and uses photography, video, and installation to explore black culture in the new millennium.
