This document describes Discover Denton’s policy regarding personal information, ongoing communication, site security and overall site usage of discoverdenton.com, dentonradio.com and all other sites operated by Discover Denton. These provisions apply solely to online activities and are not necessarily applicable to practices Discover Denton may engage in outside of the website. The purpose of the Discover Denton social media profiles is to facilitate a mutual, ongoing dialogue between Discover Denton, its partners and current/potential travelers. We welcome your stories, questions and comments related to travel experiences in Denton, TX.

This page is moderated, and we expect our participants to treat each other, as well as our organization, with respect. We reserve the right to remove comments that contain vulgar or abusive language, personal attacks of any kind, or offensive terms. Leisure Travelers
E-mail Addresses
As a matter of policy, your e-mail address will not be sold, rented, or shared with any other business or organization. Users that have checked one of our e-mail request buttons may receive travel information on Denton. If you wish to be removed from our email lists, click on the unsubscribe link located on the bottom of the email message. Please allow one to two weeks for our list to be updated.

Meeting, Sports and Tour Planners
Information provided by meeting planners, sporting event professionals and other travel professionals is reviewed by Discover Denton staff to follow up on requests and develop future business. Events booked in Denton are listed in the online Calendar unless that event is specifically marked confidential. If a meeting is confidential it is our policy not to list it on any distributed information. Discover Denton also uses provided information for internal purposes such as e-mail contact.

Security of Personal Information

Children Under the Age of 13

This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13 and Discover Denton does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13.  If Discover Denton obtains actual knowledge that it has obtained Personal Data about a child under the age of 13, that information is immediately and permanently deleted from our records.
