Come out to The Dojo to take part in soul-cleansing yoga and meditation sessions with James Hineman!
Mondays include two types of classes across 3 sessions:
Gentle Hatha + Meditation (8:30-9:30 & 10-11)
Build strength and increase flexibility with accessible yoga poses, emphasizing safe alignment and proper breathing technique. Class ends with a 5-10 guided meditation.
Restorative + Meditation (11:30-12:15)
This class is all about relaxation. Using simple props and cushions, we allow gravity to do most of the work. The 45-minute time frame is designed to let this be a welcome respite in your work day, without intense stretching or strengthening. Maybe you worked out yesterday and you are sore, but you still want to practice? This would be the perfect way to recover. Class ends with a 5-10 minute guided meditation.

$60 – 6-class card (good for one year)
$60 – 1-month unlimited
$80 – 1+month unlimited for two
