Marygail Lakner

Marygail is a Texas Woman’s University graduate with a BA in Drama, and has been active in the Denton theatre scene for many years. A lover of literature and writing, Marygail’s blog, No Wasted Words, is dedicated to promoting literacy among all ages and demographics.

In her spare time, Marygail volunteers with area theatre troupes, serves as the Service Director for the University of North Texas’ chapter of Golden Key International Honor Society, and advocates for endometriosis awareness. She is excited about new challenges and helping people discover Original, Independent Denton.
