Demeter’s Kitchen offers delicious vegan friendly food at Denton County Brewing Company, featuring a sourdough bread centered menu with thick slices of sourdough toast topped with locally inspired & seasonal spreads featuring some of Denton area growers, makers and creators.
The menu currently has 3 delightful offerings:
- Roasted Garlic Hummus: topped with everything spice, Greenfin Farms amaranth & basil sprouts + drizzled with EVOO.
- Herbed Goat Cheese: chevre from Latte Da Dairy (the creator’s part-time job) whipped with parsley, mint, lemon, EVOO then topped with freshly ground pepper, pistachios + some radish sprouts from Greenfin Farms.
- Spicy Sweet Almond Butter with Bourbon Peach Jam: almond butter spiked with honey + kashmiri chili & peach jam with peaches from Gemini Peach and Rose Farm.
