The show is a great opportunity for you to network and meet face-to-face with meeting organizers and to market your products and services. Exhibitors required to donate one (1) door prize of at least $50 value to be awarded throughout the event.
Donation cannot be a coupon off a purchase.
Free designated Planner’s Zone parking at LOT 27, at the corner of Avenue D & Highland Street.
Loading and unloading assistance will be provided as needed.
No sub-letting or sharing of booth space.
Single Booth: 6′ x 6′ – $150
Double Booth: 6′ x 12′ – $250
Deadline: September 30, 2016
Add $50 for booth space reserved after August 31, 2016.
Includes: One (1) 5′ x 2′ table & Two (2) chairs
Note: Vendors area is table tops side-by-side and not full-size booths. If additional space is needed, please purchase a double booth.
